5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days. 6. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are free; we provide a prepaid return label. We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund.
